Great question! To start, the monthly cost of a full-time middle or senior data analyst is currently between $5K-$10K per month, which can get to an annual cost between $60K-$100K, plus benefits. Additionally, you might not always have enough work to keep them busy all the time, so you’d be paying for time you can’t utilize.

With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you only pay your data analyst when you have work available. Plus, by subscribing to our service, you get access to a data analyst with experience in digital marketing.

Once subscribed, you can add as many data report requests to your backlog as you like. However, you can only have one active request at a time, unless you subscribe to Pro, which allows you to have two active requests simultaneously.

On average, most requests are completed in just three business days. However, more complex requests may take longer.

Brandmetric is committed to the security of the data you share with us. To this end, we have built our systems and processes from the ground up based on the best practices in data security and protection.

We understand that you might not have enough data analysis work to fill a whole month. Maybe you only have one or two requests right now. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Suppose you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause your subscription. This means the billing cycle will pause, and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to use at any time in the future.

You might be surprised to hear this, but Brandmetric is actually a one-person agency. This means you’ll be working directly with me, the founder of Brandmetric. This also further ensures the security of your data.

Depending on the client’s needs, most work requests are carried out in Power BI and/or Looker.

The process is simple because Brandmetric offers a lot of flexibility in how you request reports using Trello. Once you subscribe to our service, you’ll be asked to log into your client dashboard and complete an onboarding form so we can learn more about your brand and needs. From there, you can submit a brief detailing your project requirements and any specific instructions. I’ll review your brief and start working on your data analysis report request.

Once the report is ready, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a call with me to present it, provide feedback, and request revisions if necessary. Once you are satisfied with the final report, it will be sent to you in PDF format via email, or if you prefer, you can download the file directly from your dashboard.

Don’t worry! We will continue to revise the report until you are 100% satisfied.
